Shipping

We ship via USPS in most cases.  The available methods of shipping are displayed at Checkout.  

We ship Domestic and International.  All orders ship from the United States.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

Returns

 We really want to you to love what you choose, but we understand people change their minds.  Our products are kept free from smoke, pets and other unwanted odors.  If you decide you want to return your product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.  Any returns must be pre-authorized by Lamb Good Fibers prior to shipping anything back to us.  

It must be in its original unopened shipping package from us, as this is our only way to ensure it's in the same condition as when we sent it.  If you have opened the package, we can not accept it back.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping back to us.
